Medimum size lobby that is well maintained. There is a seating area with all local touring information and a computer station for residents.
General
Very popular 3 and half star property in a good condition, great value for money. The central location makes this an ideal place for a visitor to Perth on a lower budget. The free bus system (CAT) stop is very near the hotel which is a great way to explore Perth (01/08IT)
Restaurant
The restaurant is located beside the reception and opens for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Try the newly opened and very popular Pier 70 Bar and Restaurant serving a range of international dishes
Rooms
Recently refurbished rooms are decorated with new works of art and opening widows for those who prefer fresh air over air-conditioning. The deluxe rooms are larger in size and have all facilities one would expect of 3 and half star hotel, colour TV, direct dial phone, tea/coffee making facilities
