Very popular 3-and-a-half-star property in good condition—a great value for money. The central location makes this an ideal place for a visitor to Perth on a budget. The free bus system (CAT) stop is very near the hotel which is a great way to explore Perth. (01/08IT)

Onsite café/bar/restaurant ?My Place? is a popular place to enjoy a great range of cuisines, cocktails or coffees. Open from 6.30am ? 9pm
Rooms
Recently refurbished rooms are decorated with new works of art and have windows that open for those who prefer fresh air over air conditioning. The standard rooms are medium in size but adequate and have all the amenities one would expect of 3-and–a-half-star hotel, colour TV, direct dial phone, tea/coffee making facilities.
