The hotel is located on Adelaide Terrace (commercial centre) 5-10 minutes walk from the city centre on the eastern side where the shopping is. Overlooks the Swan river, a nice location.

Lobby
Spacious Lobby. Extensive use of Italian marble and local timber. Floor to ceiling glass fins used to divide the Lobby provide an outstanding feature complementing Victorian Ash columns, with a hand painted ceiling. An array of artefacts from Asia and Aboriginal art all add to the charm.
General
Like many Perth properties it is 5-10 minutes walk from the city heart. Since refurbished this hotel has unique ambience with modern services and represents good value for discerning traveller. For guests security only residents can go up in the lift, by using their key card. There is a lovely outdoor swimming pool located on the ground floor with sun loungers. A perfect place to sit back and relax with food and beverages. (rc0510)

The Monterrey Brasserie, casual and relaxed dining. Serves an ever changing buffet, in a Californian setting. Origins - fine dining - opens Wednesday to Saturday nights only. Origins is recognised as one of the best in Perth, using local produce and adding an oriental flavour.

Superior Rooms are located on 10th-18th floor and feature classic decor, a private marble ensuite, LCD flat screen televisions, High Speed Internet Access. All rooms are of good size with king beds and partial view of Swan River. No rollaway bed available for this room type.
