SAROVA WHITESANDS SEAFRONT(HB)

Sitting directly on Bamburi Beach, the Whitesands resort is located north of Mombasa city and 25 kilometres from Mombasa airport.
Exterior
A beachfront property, the Whitesands is spread out over 22 acres of landscaped gardens. The three-storey buildings are painted bright white with many of the blocks right on the sand beaches.
Lobby
The large lobby is open plan and has marble floor and a seating area for guests.
General
One of the best resorts in Kenya with an excellent reputation and 200 metres of beautiful beach front, the longest seafront on the north coast of Mombasa. The main outdoor swimming pool is huge and stretches out into different directions with shallow parts suitable for children. There is a water sports shop and office where guests can organise snorkelling and scuba diving. A children's club is available as is a baby sitting service. Restaurant
There are three restaurants at the resort. The large main restaurant offers a huge buffet with a wide variety of food to choose from. There is also a beach front restaurant that specialises in fresh seafood as well as a cafe/diner that serves food 24 hours a day.
Rooms
Seafront rooms are of a very good standard and have tiled floors and en-suite bathrooms. All rooms have air-conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, fan, tea/coffee maker and most have an in-room safe. There is also a writing desk, wooden chairs and a balcony with a view of the Indian Ocean. Room rates include breakfast and dinner daily.
